Men VS Women - hormone edition

I wish more women realised just how miraculous our bodies are.

 

And it’s very different from men’s!

 

And I am not just talking about anatomy - it goes beyond that. 

 

It’s about the intricate dance of hormones that sets us apart and it’s time we embrace these differences and use them to our advantage.

Did you know that for far too long, medical research primarily focused on men?

 

It's true!

 

Many studies and treatments have been designed with men as the "standard," which has left women in the dark.

 

Things like intermittent fasting, cutting out food groups like carbohydrates, waking up at the same time each day performing same intense workouts in fasted state <- yes, all this is popular and been tested on male bodies.

 

No -> it doesn’t make the female body thrive.

 

Let's dive a little deeper into the differences.
